RETURNS AND REFUNDS

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee of total amount plus any freight charges incurred unless error on our part. If the error is on our part, you will receive a full refund. Allstar will not take back any item that has been altered, abused or installed on vehicle and run. Items returned must be returned in original packaging.

There are no Returns or Refunds on special order items.

Returns must be made within in a period of no more than 20 days of receipt. All returns must be authorized by Allstar Tire.

Requesting Authorization for Return

All returns must be authorized by Allstar Tire prior to the return. If you need to return or exchange and item please call or email us immediately for an authorization number. All returns are subject to inspection before credit is given. If the item is viewed damaged by road hazard, impacts, car accident, misuse of chemicals, curb scrapping or damage outside the control of Allstar Tire a refund would not be issued. We are interested in your satisfaction and we are dedicated to make your satisfaction a priority. We will do our best to resolve any issues you may have. There are no Returns or Refunds on special order items.
